Why we exist
Founders in Web3, fintech, AI, health and regtech face a problem that is easy to miss. The advice they need sits in separate places. Funds think about the raise. Studios think about the product. Law firms think about the structure. Each is valuable, but the decisions overlap, and the gaps between them are where ventures lose time and money. We work in those gaps.
